At Masters of Mystery, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase. If your attire doesn't fit the enigma perfectly, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original mystery-branded tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
